On Saturday morning, the Home Depot - Monroe team held a Spring Surge meeting with just over 40 of their drivers. The team covered many areas from recapping 2015 to Safety to Service expectations. While the information was very informative and the drivers loved the Bob Evans catered breakfast but best part of the show were the awards.
Not only did the account recognize their DOM's throughout 2015 but also gave Driver of the Year awards for their Local, Regional, and Yard/Support drivers. Overall, the meeting was very effective and gives the account a great start to Spring Surge 2016 which promptly began the following Monday!
