The Soft-Lite Windows Account in Streetsboro, OH rang in Driver Appreciation Week by putting together a Thank You Poster as well as Goody Bags for all of our drivers. In Streetsboro, we employ close to 20 drivers that hand unload windows to customers throughout the US. This is very labor intensive and customer service oriented account. We have a top notch team of drivers here that has also been responsible for piloting the new Iphone App. This app allows us to scan windows off as well as get real time proof of delivery and photos of damages.
