Nick Nocheck (Operations Supervisor - Family Dollar Morehead) rode with Mike Paluso. The following is what he learned:
Mike has been with the Family
Dollar account for almost 3 years and due to his reliability and consistency he
has become a cornerstone of the account. He has accumulated 1.5 million safe
miles, putting him in the 99 percentile of drivers with a rank of 311.
On an
account that requires daily close quarter maneuvering and back road routing
this makes his safety record that much more impressive.
On a personal note, Mike is a
family man. He has four daughters and two grand children. In his free time he
loves to fish and hunt with two of his daughters. Unfortunately the only boy is
his grandson who is only two but from the way he describes him you would think
they were attached at the hip.
