Tackling Load Quality in Morehead KY

 

Recently we have seen many issues with the quality of loading at Family Dollar in Morehead, KY.  In the spirit of partnership, Family Dollar is listening to these issues.  They have recently started an audit process which should improve the load quality coming out of the DC.  They have also allowed us to get involved in this process and provide feedback and insights/alternatives to their processes.  While we still have a ways to go, this is a great step in the right direction and will only strengthen the JB Hunt / Family Dollar (Dollar Tree) partnership.

Brenda has shown us the process and walked us through what they currently look for and how the trailers are supposed to be loaded according to their current process and guidelines.
