On Wednesday, we hosted our customer from Masterbrand Cabinets at our terminal in Louisville, KY. The purpose of Masterbrand's visit was to see our current training setup for all of our new driving employees. With the help of our Maintenance Team, we setup a mock trailer stocked with replica cabinets that can be used to train drivers on proper unloading procedures. This training will ensure that all new employees are properly trained on how to down stack, tailgate, and secure our customer's product. MasterBrand was so impressed with the concept that they wanted to come and see it in person. Our Maintenance Team was nice enough to setup a cookout for our guests as well.
