New Hire Training in Columbus



This week, we had two new employees take part in New Hire Orientation Training in Columbus. Brian Kline will be the new DMIT at Home Depot Van Buren, OH and Matthew Arnold will be the new DMIT for Home Depot Monroe, OH. This past Wednesday, they took the Maintenance 101 class with John Dodson and Cort Duggins for some hands on maintenance training. Pictured below, John Dodson is showing them how to check tire air pressure and tread depth for when they complete TEAM inspections at their accounts. Cort gives them an in depth look at how the trailer tandems and airbag system works on our trailers.
