Blowing Off Some Steam at FD Morehead

Sometimes, our safety first stance and being driver dedicated can conflict with the demands of our customers.

If service issues do occur, this can cause some frustrations to customers.

In addition to this, Family Dollar gave us one of their employees (Rhonda Thacker) whom has done a great job for us over the past 13 months with JB Hunt.

Brenda Hardin and Anthony Warchol had much discussion around this. Brenda was ok with this move, but she also had some frustrations internally with replacing her.

Anthony's idea was to offer her a dart board with his face on it, so that she can release those frustrations.

Of course, it has arrived (not yet mounted on the wall) and the management team here had to have some fun with it as well!

Marco's 300 Days Collision Free

On 5/19/15, we had a driver round table for 300 days collision free celebration!  In total, 8 drivers attended for dinner and games.   Also, we all took a smith system tests for prizes. The test was made by the account and was taken from our Smith books. Great positive attitudes last night.  The event was a real hit!
