In an ongoing mission to keep their safety culture fresh the Central Farm & Garden team held an Observation Extravaganza during the 1st quarter of 2016.
This entailed the CFG staff as well as their ARM to complete an observation on every driver in the fleet.
All drivers with positive observations were put into a hat and the lucky winner received dinner at the restaurant of his choosing.

Don choose to eat at Jerzee's Sports Grill in Canton, OH.
Don was accompanied by Account Manager Andrew Vincent, Operations Supervisor Orin Schumacher, Area Risk Manager Tracy Walker and Regional Operations Manager Brian Tabor.
It was a fun night as Don shared stories about his time working at Jerzee's Sports Grill (his very first job back in his high school days) as well as his time in the military serving our country.
