It was a long winter for our Chep Indianapolis fleet. Between growing our fleet size by 36% and adapting to a new facility our driving/management teams had their work cut out for them!
To celebrate making it thru the winter Account Manager Jerry White and Operations Supervisor Scott Dorsey hosted a driver roundtable / cookout on April 13.

Our driving team was very appreciative to have a nice lunch off the grill and talk thru challenges / concerns they had about the account. It was great getting feedback from our drivers....that's how we grow and get better as a team!
