Area Risk Manager Dustin Hatfield recently did a RATLA with Garey Carson. Garey is a driver on our CHEP Hamilton Account. Gary just passed his one year anniversary with JB Hunt. In addition to working in Hamilton, OH, he also lives there.

During this RATLA Dustin got to hear feedback and concerns from Gary. Gary has some good suggestions on how to improve the business and improve the safety culture. He also had very valuable insight in regards to equipment and maintenance. RATLAs are designed for us to not only increase our safety presence on the trucks, but also build relationships with our driving force. This RATLA accomplished that.
