PSP Fuel Contest Winners!

Our Ops Team at Pet Supplies Plus has started a contest that is independent of Driver Appreciation Week.  The team down has come up with a fun contest each month to try to reward the drivers. As you can see, we had five winners (minus CASJ18) for August where the parameters centered around RAIR, Fuel Compliance, and Idle time. The rewards may have been small (handheld and head mounted flashlights) but will go a long way in the drivers eyes.
I guess when you look at their Turnover stats for the year we shouldn't be all that surprised. Last year at this time they were sitting at 59.9% YTD / 89.9% Annualized and this year they have improved to 41.5% YTD / 62.2% Annualized. The coolest part of the their improvement was that they have grown from 33 drivers to 36 drivers all while lowering their turnover.
